Molto probabilmente è una questione burocratica,ovvero se uno ha un sito e uole mettere ad esempio delle foto in teoria deve possedere i copyright di esse altrimenti il proprietario della foto può fargli causa. Quindi in prtica devi comprarti la foto
Potrebbe benissimo essere.
Oppure, come gira qualche voce, si tratta di un sotterfugio o per vendere proprio l'oggetto raffigurato ,in questo caso una tartaruga, la cui vendita sarebbe vietata su e-bay, aggirando appunto i divieti oppure per vendere un oggetto a prezzo "simbolico" per non pagare la commissione ad e-bay (che va a percentuale).
