Some of my asian turtles

Hi

Because i want to show them, here some shots of some of my asian turtles.

Sacalia bealei:




I hope 1,1, but the animals are to young for sexing, i think.



Cyclemys tcheponensi, adult:




Cyclemys oldhami:



Cyclemys sp., maybe of the atripons-pulchristriata-complex. Unfortunately i only have this single male...




Ocadia sinensis:



Cuora amboinensis cuoro in outdoor-enclousure last summer:




Mauremys mutica kami:



Melanochelys trijuga thermalis (i´m looking for a female...)

La sacalia è infatti detta tartaruga a 6 occhi! chissà se servono a spaventare o a confondere eventuali predatori? Ho sentito che alcuni esemplari possono avere solo due occhi raffigurati sul capo invece di quattro, è una tarta davvero molto bella

Realy phantastic photos and beautiful Turtles, dear Sebastian!

I would like to show some pictures sent to me by side of one Thai friend of mine, good breeders of Water Turtles species. Indending photos are not so good quality like photos sent by your side, we could see nice animals of these photos, too!

photos 4 and 5 = Heosemys leytensis

P.S. I was extremely interested in Leyte Pond Turtles, to import some head for my own bred over here. But, due to changes in our CITES Department, it was impossible to me to get Import-permit for Appendix I species. Now, I could dream about this species only!

Congratulations for your asian turtles!!
I love fresh water turtles especially the asian turtles.
If you breed other turtles i invite you to show them in this forum!!!

Marco, two year ago,there were 3 Heosemys leytensis (Siebenrockiella leytensis) during the Tartabeach 2005!!! They were really awesome!!!!

Thanks, i´m glad that you like these pics.
@Edelfrau: I´m sorry, i can´t give you an answear. Most of the turtles are wild caught, so i can´t tell you, how old they are.
Only the Melanochelys male, he hatched about 15 years ago here in germany.

@Marco: Good looking Cyclemys. Have you a pic of the plastron?
I send pics of my animal to some experts, but nobody could give me a clear answear.

About the leytensis: I heard of an import comeing to the Czech Republic this year.
They are really wonderful animals, thats right.

@Andrea: Yes, i can post pics of my other turtels to this evening. I´m keeping some european and american species beside of the asians.

Thanks for sharing the leytensis-pics. Do you know, who is keeping this animals now?
