Your photos are pressenting Eastern Lybian species of Greek's Tortoises, i.e. T. graeca cyrenaica. I am having this species with me over here, and I am attaching few photos now to proof it.
But, regarding sex of your Tortoises, we could come into doubt very easy. We can see here, of course, some difference in plastron anal scutes of these two animals (forma V), as well in tail (coda) shape, too! But, these differences are not so big, and I am affraid you are having two males with you.
If we look generaly in body shape of both animals, we will see there is practicaly no difference. Then, finaly, la placca (scuto) sopracaudale, what is very important, by top view on them, is appearing the same, i.e. as placca supracaudale in male Tortoise.
So, I am 95% sure, you are having two males of T. g. cyrenaica. To be 100% sure in it, we should have one photo of these animals made by rear (back) side of them. In that case, we could see scuto sopracaudale well, with no doubt in right sex of these two Tortoises.
Warmest regards, Marco
P.S. on second attached photos of mine, we can see very easy there are 2 males on side position, and one female in central position in this photo, due to their scuti supracaudali!
